Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect — contact us immediately at seba.ekst@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on custom products, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at seba.ekst@gmail.com.
